  I'm very disappointed with Vasse Maccas.
  I've bought two big mac meals there on two different occasions. Both times the meals were cold and the 'meat' was disgusting.
  Today I bought pancakes and instead of maple syrup I was given sweet a sour sauce!
  It was a take away & poured it straight over pancakes as didn't expect the wrong one...

  I waited over ten minutes for a coffee and wasn't even acknowledged once. The only reason I got my coffee on the ten minute mark is because I asked if he had made it yet. He had forgotten and was making others that ordered after me. And this was from one of the managers. The bathrooms needed some serious attention with whole toilet rolls lying on the floor. Terrible service.

  Clear bite mark was missing when unwrapped.
